A lovely park residence with 50 homes and a 500sqm swimming pool close to Garda Golf club at Polpenazze sul Garda, in an absolutely quiet and relaxing position less than 100 m from the green and less than 600 m from the centre of Polpenazze.

The apartment is on two levels plus storage and a garage: on the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofabed, separate kitchen, WC, covered terrace with private garden; on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with single bed and a bathroom.  The apartment is furnished with very nice furniture.

One double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with one single bed.  The apartment can accommodate up to seven guests.

Location

Located at Polpenazze near to Moniga del Garda and Manerba del Garda.  The apartment is approximately 4 miles from the Lake and a car is recommended.

Nearby Attractions

Residence Polpenazze is well situated for visiting the West side of the Lake including the lively town of Desenzano with great nightlife at weekends, the picturesque towns of Salo and Gardone Riveria (which was Winston Churchill's favourite holiday destination) and the pretty little towns of Portese and San Felice. 

Gardone Riveria has the gardens and former home of the poet Gabriele d' Annunzio called Vittoriale degli Italiani, which makes a great day out exploring the eclectic range of buildings and gardens, which include his ancient car, the aeroplane he used to drop leaflets in the First World War (safer than bombs!) and even the prow of the ship on which he served.  There is also the Botanical Garden of Arthur Hruska.

There is some very good shopping on the West side of the lake with a number of outlet centres near Salo and even a micro brewery.  Follow the Brescia road and there are quite a number of clothing outlet stores, especially shoe shops.

You can also travel by boat from Moniga del Garda to many of the interesting towns on the East side of the Lake, but there is plenty of the West side to keep you fully occupied for several holidays.
