Malcesine Hotels
Location Information
Malcesine is a bustling tourist town set on the slopes of the largest mountain in the area, Monte Baldo. It is a vibrant family resort with a wonderful atmosphere with quaint cobbled lanes, narrow streets opening out onto flower filled squares and particularly attractive harbour. The lakeshore is lined with lots of lovely little cafes and bars with a maze of cobbled streets in true Italian style with a myriad of overhanging balconies, plus it even has its own 13th Century Castle.
There are some great shops in Malcesine and it is a particularly good place to buy leather goods such as handbags and leather jackets along with interesting art galleries and craft shops, as well as shops specialising in sports equipment.
Visitors to Malcesine cannot miss the cable car to the summit of Monte Baldo which is a great day or half day out with not only lovely views, but some very pleasant high altitude walks around mountain scenery.
Please note, like many historic towns, the hotels in the historic centre usually do not have pools, however a number hotels with pools are available in areas outside of the town centre.

Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo
Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo consists of three beautiful villas on the edge of Lake Garda, decorated by famous works of art and surrounded by a park. It is located between Malcesine and Val di Sogno.

The family owned, Benacus hotel is a completely refurbished hotel located in the Val di Sogno, 1.5 km from the city centre of Malcesine on Garda lake and just a few steps from the paths leading to Monte Baldo mountain and the lakeside villages.
There are surfing, sailing, mountain biking and tennis nearby.
Rooms have mountain or lake views, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe and desk. Most private balcony or terrace.
Hotel Ariston
Hotel Ariston is located in the heart of Malcesine on Garda Lake built on principles of bioarchitecture and Feng-shui. The hotel has a beautiful garden, ideal for walks and beaches and sports centres are closeby. Hotel facilies include a bar, restaurant, outdoor hydromassage jacuzzi, terrace, billiards, fitness centre, sauna and solarium, table tennis, mountain bikes and ADSL internet connection. There is no pool.
The hotel offers comfortable and well-appointed rooms, each featuring a private bathroom with hairdryer.

A small family run hotel situated on the main Gardesana road close to the historical centre of Malcesine and Lake Garda.

The hotel does not accept children under 13 years of age.
