Residence Bardolino 23 Information

Residence Bardolino 23 is a corner terraced villa suitable for up to 8 guests on two levels, plus an attic room and basement. There is a terrace with a barbecue, a private garden on three sides and a lockable garage for two cars and an extra parking space if required.  On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining area, a double sofabed, a terrace with a barbecue and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, of which one with twin beds and one with a beautiful terrace with a lakeview, plus a bathroom with a wellness-shower cabin. The roofspace has a children's den with twin beds and their own very small bathroom. The basement has one double bedroom, a fourth bathroom and a children's playroom. The villa is air conditioned and has satellite TV.  
Please note that two bathrooms have showers and not all four.

The furniture is brand new and of good quality.The villa has a THURSDAY changeover day.

This is a recently built residence of 30 apartments only 700 m from the picturesque centre of Bardolino, with a large swimming pool.  

Location

Bardolino is a wonderful little former fishing village South of Garda Town and North of Lazise which is now famous for the wine that bears its name.  It has a picture postcard picturesque shoreline along Garda Lake, with lots of interesting streets and a wonderful piazza to explore, packed with pizzerias, bars, gelaterias (ice cream cafes) and a wide array of shops, ranging from Designer footwear or clothing to Jewelery or bespoke leather goods.

Each year Bardolino hosts an excellent wine festival which usually takes place the last week in October. 

Bardolino is an excellent holiday destination with a number of premier Lake Garda Apartments and hotels available. 

Nearby Attractions

The attractions nearby are boat rental, , Movieland (Movie Studios Park), Aqua Paradise Water Park, The Olive Oil Museum, The Wine Museum, the Zoo at Pastrengo and within easy travelling distance there is the Monte Baldo Cable Car at Malcesine, Thermal Spas at Sirmione and Cola, a Motor Museum at Villafranca and at Brescia and Sports Activities including tennis and golf courses.

Further afield is the cable car ride to the summit of Monte Baldo at Malcesine, Verona is only a half hour drive and both Venice and Milan are two hours away by train or car.

Plus there are many other towns and interesting places to explore all around Lake Garda.  There are also Lake Garda hotels and Lake Garda camping sites available.
