Vineyards and olive groves surround this group of 40 apartments with swimming pool and a tennis court situated South of Peschiera.  The residence has extensive grounds.  The ground floor apartment has a living room, a terrace with a private garden, kitchen corner, one double bedroom, one bedroom with three single beds and an extractable 4th bed, a bathroom with shower. Furnished with new furniture with car parking on site.

Lake Garda Location

The apartment is 4km from Lake Garda and 6km by road to Peschiera del Garda. Peschiera del Garda is a very nice town on the South East corner of Lake Garda with some excellent shops, restaurants and bars, including a floating restaurant.  Peschiera is the outlet for the River Mincio from Lake Garda which is a beautiful river along it path away from the lake.

Peschiera has some of the best views of Lake Garda imaginable and you can take a ferry from Peschiera to any of the other towns around the Lake.  There is a lovely lakeside walk which takes you towards Sirmione with a very attractive avenue of trees.

The town of Peschiera is an old garrison town and the walled fortifications are still very much in evidence as you enter the city. 

Nearby Attractions

Sirmione is only a 10 minute car journey away and has two thermal Spa's one in the historic centre Terme di Catullo and one at Lugana di Sirmione.  There are numerous shops restaurants, bars, pizzerias and several clubs all across Sirmione and there is no shortage of places to eat and drink.  Sirmione also has the remains of the Roman Villa Catullo which has some amazing views of the lake as well as being of real interest to historians or simply people who are interested.  Lugana di Sirmione also has some excellent outlet shopping at the East end plus Al Cavallo Restaurant at Lugana is excellent and highly recommended (it has a large white horse outside)

Beyond Sirmione is the large town of Desenzano with good nightlife for young people at weekends.  The themeparks of , Movie Studios Park and Aqua Paradise Park are about a 15 minute drive away although the themeparks do run complimentary buses.  All are worth visiting.  There is also a waterpark on the River Mincio at Peschiera and the Parco Sigurta which is billed as being one of the most beautiful gardens in the world.

A little further away is Verona which is about 35 minutes by car plus Milan or Venice are about 2 hours by car, West and East respectively.
