Lake Garda Apartment overview

Two good sized two bedroomed apartments for up to five guests situated on the ground floor (Apartment 1) and first floor (apartment 2)and consisting of a living room with a kitchen corner and sofabed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds (not bunks), a bathroom and a furnished terrace to the South-West.  Apartment 2 has a balcony overlooking the gardens and pool.  Saturday changeover day.

Lake Garda Apartment Resort

A new two storey building divided into four apartments with its own swimming pool and garden. The building is situated on the entrance road to the Villa dei Cedri Thermal Parc (approx. 100m from the apartment), and situated 200 m from the main square of Cola which is approx. 3 kms from Lake Garda.  A car is recommended.

Lake Garda Location

Cola di Lazise is small pretty village with approximately 1000 inhabitants in the hills slightly overlooking lake Garda. It has many beautiful villas from the 18th and 19th centuries, as well as the famous Villa Dei Cedri, the thermal spa Parco Termale del Garda with its natural 37oC thermal water.

The village of Cola is a residential village set back about 1km from the lake. It has a number of nice bars and restaurants and is a very quiet area but is a base for visits to the Lakeside towns. Many guests stay at Cola to be near the natural Spa or as a quiet base for excursions around the lake or to visit nearby golf courses or other local sporting activities.

Nearby Attractions

Situated between Lazise and Pacengo, and handy for the Lake Garda attractions including , Movie Studios Park, Aqua Paradise Park, the Zoo at Pastrengo,  the Olive Oil museum at Cisano near Bardolino and a motor museum at Villafranca.  Lazise has numerous sporting activities, including several tennis courts and boat rental near the harbour, there are many excellent golf courses a car ride away.   However relaxing and just enjoying the atmosphere of this little piece of heaven on earth is also a popular pastime.  There is a beach and boat rental at Pacengo. 

Cola itself has the famous Thermal Spa, Terme di Garda with its natural Spa waters, it is also an attractive little village with restaurants, bars and pizzerias but not really a tourist destination in its own right.  A car is recommended for apartments in Cola.

Further afield is the cable car ride to the summit of Monte Baldo at Malcesine, Verona is only a half hour drive and both Venice and Milan are two hours away by train or car. 

Plus there are many other towns and interesting places to explore all around Lake Garda which can be easily reached by ferry or road from Cola, including Verona, Venice and Milan.  There are also Lake Garda hotels and Lake Garda camping sites available.
